Once you have registered on our site you will receive discount codes and will receive further discounts the more you purchase from us.

Yes you can speak to anyone of our parts team by calling 08430 22 33 09  between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday

No, as long as we have your UK registered registration number we do a search to check your chassis number for you.  All orders outside of the UK will have to provide a chassis number for us to match the production model of the vehicle for the parts required.

We accept payment by Sage Pay and Paypal on line.  You can also collect or send a cheque or postal order to our address in Suffolk whereupon we will then forward the goods.

In our shop we accept all forms of credit card except American Express.

We send out all goods with either a courier or a postal service tracking number that can be searched and tracked at any time.  Once we have input the tracking number into your order you will receive confirmation of it via email.

Yes, if you do not want to go through the online shop - all parts can be ordered directly but we do stress that to follow distance selling guide lines all card payments must be securely registered with us, all delivery addresses and contact details must meet those on the cards supplied.

If you can't find the part you are looking for on line please call our Parts Call Centre Team on 08430 22 33 09 with your part number and we will take down your enquiry information and get back to you within 10 minutes with a price and whether or not we can supply it to you within the nominated time.

Please also note that if you have part numbers you will be given a discount as this saves our call centre a lot of time - we do not take responsibility for wrongly ordered parts if you supply the part numbers though. 

If the part we supply you is a fast moving stock item we can always refund you but as we have to pay our staff to serve you there would be a handling charge should you decide you no longer want the part.

If we order the part on your behalf specifically for you and to fit your vehicle we can not send this back to the supplier there will also be a handling charge of upto 100% of the part price itself.

Clearance parts are non refundable.
